Yummy to my tummy, beautiful, easy muffins.
Put everything but the whole pecans into a bowl and mix till combined. Scoop mix into muffin cups until 3/4 full. Top with half a pecan. Bake at 350ºF for 20 minutes. When these are cooked, they are lovely and high and tender and beautiful!

I made these last night and they turned out a little dry. This might be because I used skim milk. I might try to add a little plain yogurt next time. Otherwise they were delicious and so quick to make.
