Enjoy delicious muffins for breakfast without a lot of added sugar and fat.
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Mix flour, oats, salt, and baking powder in a bowl.
In a separate bowl, beat eggs. Add milk, butter, apple butter, and maple syrup. Mix well. Combine dry mixture and wet mixture and mix well.
Bake at 350°F for 15–20 minutes, until an inserted toothpick comes out clean. (As you can see from the picture, the muffins don’t rise much. But they taste great.)
