This is for the lemon lovers out there. The topping that you pour over the bread after it’s baked is what makes it special.
Mix ingredients in the order given. Beat well. Pour into 2 loaf pans. Bake for 40-50 minutes in a 350-degree oven.
After the bread is finished baking, poke holes into the hot bread with a toothpick or fork. Mix the topping ingredients and pour the mixture over the bread.
