A bread bowl filled with mozzarella cheese and jalapenos. This appetizer is quick and easy and it looks like something you spent a lot of time on.
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
Cut bread bowl horizontally into slices about 1/4″ apart but don’t cut all the way through—you want to keep the bread intact.
Then cut bread vertically in slices, about 1/4″ apart; don’t cut all the way through.
Stuff the slits with the jalapenos, pushing them towards the bottom of the bread. Then stuff the bread with the cheese.
Bake in the oven for about 5–8 minutes until cheese is melted.
Serves 4.
