Description

The best ever pizza dough I have ever had! Ever!

Ingredients

  • 4 teaspoons Yeast
  • 1-½ cup Water
  • 2 Tablespoons Sugar
  • 4 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Garlic Salt
  • 1 Tablespoon Italian Seasoning
  • 2 teaspoons Salt
  • 4 cups Flour

Preparation

Combine yeast and warm water and let bubble for 10 minutes. Add sugar, oil and seasonings and salt. Mix. Add flour and knead. Let rise an hour. It takes a bit to rise but it’s so worth it! Cook at 375ºF for 15 minutes or so.

Definitely my new go-to pizza dough! I love the crispy yet soft crust that results.

I have been trying out different pizza crusts over the past couple of months and I’d have to say this one takes the slice for flavor! I thought it was going to be too salty, but once the sauce and toppings were on, it was perfect!
