Run out of store-bought muffin mix?
Wanna make some easy, yummy fruity muffins quickly?
Here they are.
Cream butter or margarine and sugar for 2 minutes. Beat in the egg until smooth. Sift in dry ingredients alternating with the milk. GENTLY fold in the cut-up fruit (if you are using frozen fruit, leave it frozen).
Fill baking cups 3/4 full with the muffin mix. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes at 375F.
Cool. Eat.
