This is the best bread dough recipe. You can use it for pizza, rolls, bread, whatever… It’s the perfect good old fashioned high-carb goodness!
Place all ingredients in the listed order into a large mixer fitted with the dough hook. Knead on low speed for 25 minutes.
Remove dough from bowl, place in a clean bowl sprayed with cooking spray like Pam. Cover with dish towel and let rise for 1 hour.
Divide dough in equal portions and shape into balls. Be sure to pinch and tuck the edges of each ball under. Place in greased 9×13 pan,cover, and allow to rise 20 minutes.
Bake in a preheated 350 degree F oven for 20 minutes. Rub butter over the tops to keep them soft.
You could also shape this dough into two loaves, or 2 pizza crusts. You’ll need to adjust cook time accordingly.
