These healthy blueberry muffins are naturally sweetened and make for the perfect seasonal treat!
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Prep a muffin tin and set aside.
In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Whisk to combine.
In a separate bowl, add oil and maple syrup. Whisk until combined and then add eggs, yogurt, and vanilla.
Pour wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and combine with a large spoon. Finally, mix in blueberries.
Divide batter evenly among muffins cups. Bake muffins for 25–27 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the middle of the center muffin comes out cleanly.
Serve immediately or cool and store in an air tight container for up to five days.
