Easy, flavorful, healthy and delicious bread!
Combine white all purpose flour with whole wheat flour in a large bowl. Add salt, sugar and dry yeast and stir to combine everything. Pour in the water one cup at the time and stir with a wooden spoon after each time. If you need more water you can add more. Try to make deep and strong stirs using a big wooden spoon. Add olive oil and stir to combine. Cover the bowl with a piece of plastic wrap or a tea towel and place in a warm draft free part of your kitchen for 1 hour.
After 1 hour preheat the oven on 375 F.
Grease a standard size loaf pan and place the dough into the pan. Bake for 40-45 minutes.

A Reinvented Mom on 2.1.2012
Can you use a stand mixer for this recipe? I would love to try this bread, but have a difficult time stirring by hand.
