A delectable light and airy side dish for any meal (although I like to serve it with BBQ ribs!). You could do this in your Easy Bake oven, it’s so simple. Too bad you can’t fit an 8×8 baking dish in there! Four ingredients, mix, pour, bake. I made this gluten free, but you can make it gluten-full by using regular beer and Bisquick.
1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
2. Spray an 8×8 glass baking dish with Pam Original (or other gluten free spray, or butter if you prefer).
3. In a large bowl, mix the Bisquick and sugar.
4. In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs and beer.
5. Add the eggs and beer to the Bisquick and sugar. Mix with a wooden spoon.
6. Pour into prepared baking dish.
7. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
Serve nice and warm. And if you feel so inclined, with butter! Mmm …
