These muffins (free from gluten, grains, dairy, refined sugar, nuts, eggs, and soy) are made in one bowl for easy execution and clean up!
Preheat oven to 350°F and line a 12-muffin tin with unbleached parchment liners.
In a large bowl, mash bananas until no visible chunks are left. Add in each ingredient, stirring after each addition.
Fill each muffin liner. There will be enough batter to fill each to the top. Bake for 25 minutes.
