A moist pumpkin bread recipe passed down from my Gram.
Preheat oven to 375 F. Spray 9″ x 5″ loaf pan with cooking spray and set it aside..
In a large bowl cream together the shortening and sugar. Add water, eggs and pumpkin.
Combine dry ingredients in a medium sized bowl then mix them into the pumpkin mixture.
Pour batter into pan and bake for 1 hour.
