Easy to whip up in your food processor. No mess, no fuss.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease a 9×13 baking pan.
Add the yeast to the two cups of water and let proof for five minutes. Add the honey to this and stir. Using the dough blade in your food processor, add all the dry ingredients . Drop in your butter and process for about 15 seconds. Now turn your food processor on and add the water-honey mixture while it is going. It should mix up into a ball. Process for 60 seconds.
Turn out into a greased bowl and let rise for 1 hour.
Shape into rolls and let rise again for 20 more minutes. Bake at 375 degrees for 18-20 minutes. Can also be shaped into two 8×4 inch loaves.
