Great to serve with some olive oil and herbs! Baking time is only about ten minutes; this is almost as quick as buying one of those pop out baking good cans but way better!
Mix yeast, sugar and 1,5 tablespoons of the warm water in a little bowl. Set aside for 5 minutes until the yeast, sugar and water have become creamy.
Put 2 cups of flour and a large pinch of salt in a large bowl (I add some herbs at this point).
Add yeast mixture to flour and combine, very slowly add the rest of the water and a tablespoon of olive oil to make a dough (if the dough is too dry add more water, very little at a time until it is a nice dough consistency)
Don’t overwork it but make sure it is all smoothly combined. Set aside in a warm place and cover lightly with a kitchen towel.
Preheat over to 475 Degrees. After 30 minutes, take the risen dough, put some olive oil on a baking sheet and rub some olive oil in your hands. Place the dough on the baking sheet and gently punch it down to a circle. I then added some Parmesan cheese.
Bake for 10 minutes. I added a light drizzly of olive oil as it came out of the oven.
