Super easy and delicious. Perfect with soup, spaghetti or just about anything.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a small bowl combine butter, grated parmesan cheese, parsley and garlic salt. Mix thoroughly and set aside.
Slice entire loaf of ciabatta bread into 1/2 inch slices and place on ungreased baking sheet.
Spread slices with butter mixture and sprinkle generously with shredded cheese.
Bake for 7 to 10 minutes until golden and bubbly.
Serve hot.
This bread is perfect for just about any soup, chili, stew or pasta dish. There are hardly any leftovers either.
