One of my mom’s coworkers gave her this recipe a few years ago. It’s a Thanksgiving Day staple at our house.
Preheat oven at 350 degrees.
Grease and flour four baking tins. In a large bowl, mix dry ingredients. Beat moist ingredients until blended and add to flour mixture. Stir until flour is moistened. Stir in cranberries. Pour batter in tins. Mix topping ingredients and sprinkle over each loaf.
Bake for 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack completely before removing from tins.
