This gluten-free, dairy-free flourless oat-based muffin is soft, moist, delicious and super easy to make. All you need is a blender and a real appetite!
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
Throw all the ingredients in a blender cup (seriously, it’s that easy!) and blend for about 30 seconds (if using a Vitamix).
Pour batter into muffin cups, paper or silicone and bake for 30 minutes.
