A sweet, moist cornbread. This is the perfect accompaniment for chili.
Preheat the oven to 425°F.
Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl. In a second bowl combine the wet ingredients. Add the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Pour the batter into a greased 9×9″ baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes at 425°F.
