I love these little cinnamon rolls. No one has to know how easy they were to make!
Preheat oven to 375 degrees (F). Spray an 8 inch round cake pan with nonstick cooking spray.
Combine the brown sugar, granulated sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl and stir to combine. Set aside.
Unroll crescent rolls into a single rectangle of dough. Lightly press together seams and perforations. Spread the softened cream cheese on the dough and then sprinkle with cinnamon sugar mixture. Roll up from the long edge making about a 16 inch long roll.
Cut into 1/2 inch thick slices and arrange in the prepared pan. I find they cut easiest with a sharp serrated knife using a gentle sawing motion.
Bake for 15 minutes or until light golden brown on top.
While rolls are baking, prepare the glaze by combining the powdered sugar, vanilla and milk, stirring until smooth.
When the rolls are done, remove from the oven and drizzle with glaze.
They are oh so good served warm!

They remind me of my “sopapilla cheesecake”, but easier! Delish!

I made these this morning and they were awesome! So easy to make, I even made them last night and then sliced and baked them in this morning. Thanks for the quick and yummy treat =)

Ooh, I will have to try this. Never would have thought of putting cream cheese in a cinnamon roll! Not sure if you knew, but they do sell crescent roll dough without the seams–it’s a single sheet rolled up in the tube! I use it for my almond cream cheese danish bars. YUM.

Goodness…these were so easy and so delicious. Next time I might toss in a few finely chopped nuts, but they are excellent without nuts.

Such a great idea! Now I know what to do when I’m craving cinnamon rolls after dinner.
