These are fantastic little fried pieces of dough that are then dipped in cinnamon and sugar. They are so easy to make and delicious!
Preheat half the oil in an electric skillet or pan at 350ºF. Remove each biscuit and flatten with the palms of your hands. Fry each biscuit in the oil a few minutes on each side until they are browned and crispy. Add the rest of the oil in between batches. In a pie plate, mix the cinnamon and sugar. Upon removing the biscuits from the oil, roll them in the cinnamon sugar. Enjoy immediately.
