Definitely not a recipe just for Christmas brunch (like my family tradition) but these are amazing all year round for any occasion!
I will also make these for dinner with scrambled eggs as the side. One of my (and my husbands) absolute faves!
Brown sausage and drain. Mix cheese soup and water together, then add all ingredients together. Divide into a greased muffin pan. Bake at 375ºF for 20–25 minutes.
