Description

This Chocolate Chip Raspberry Banana Bread is a snazzy version of regular banana bread. It’s simple, a little bit healthy, and so very delicious with bursts of chocolate and raspberries.

Ingredients

  • 1-½ cup All-purpose Flour
  • 1 Tablespoon Baking Soda
  • 1 pint Fresh Raspberries, Washed And Drained
  • 1 teaspoon All-purpose Flour
  • 2 whole Medium-sized Ripe Bananas, Peeled
  • ½ cups Brown Sugar
  • ½ cups Full Fat Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1 whole Egg
  • 2 Tablespoons Milk (any Sort Of Milk: Cow, Almond, Soy, Etc)
  • ¾ cups Dark Chocolate Chips

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 350 F. Grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.

In a small bowl combine the first amount of flour and baking soda. Set aside.

In another small bowl toss the raspberries with the second amount of flour. Set aside.

In a large bowl mash the bananas until they are very, very mashed. Whisk in the brown sugar, Greek yogurt, egg, and milk until they are thoroughly combined. Stir in the flour. Lumps are OK. Fold in the raspberries and chocolate chips, saving some to sprinkle on top.

Pour batter into the loaf pan and top with the remaining raspberries and chocolate chips. Bake for 50-55 minutes.
