This is a really simple and pretty healthy banana bread recipe. It’s filled with yummy chocolate chips and is great for an afternoon snack or breakfast!
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease 2 loaf pans.
Place softened butter and honey into a large bowl and mix well. Next add mashed banana, milk, eggs, and vanilla. Sift in flour, baking soda, and salt. Add flaxseed and oats. Mix until combined. Lastly, add in chocolate chips and stir to combine.
Pour into loaf pans and bake for about 45 minutes. It may take a little longer. Enjoy!
