There is nothing dry about this moist cake like cornbread. Once you try it you will be hooked.
Melt butter in a large bowl. Add Jiffy mix, sour cream, vanilla, and sugar. Beat eggs in a small bowl. Add to Jiffy mix bowl. Mix until just combined. May still have lumps. Pour into a 9×13 cake pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Brush top with butter . Serve. Enjoy.
