Healthy fruit and oat muffins. Only 229 calories, 6 grams of fat and 2 grams of fiber.
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Line muffin pan with baking cups.
In a large bowl, mix the 1 1/4 cups of flour, sugars, baking powder and salt.
In a medium bowl, mix the buttermilk, oil, eggs and vanilla. Pour into flour mixture just until combined.
Toss cherries and blueberries with the remaining 1 tablespoon flour and fold into batter.
Divide batter evenly into muffin cups. Bake for 25 minutes.
