Tasty savoury muffins. Anything with bacon is tasty.
Combine the flour, cheese and bacon in one bowl. In another bowl, whisk together the butter, milk, eggs and chives. Combine all the ingredients together and mix with a wooden spoon, being careful not to over-mix (it should be good and lumpy, and quite sticky).
Divide the mixture between 12 half-cup muffin pans, or six Texas-sized muffin pans. Back in the oven at 190C for 25 minutes or until well risen and looking delicious.

these are very good. I cooked at 370 F for 20 minutes.
