Can you say melt in your mouth good. The combination of the butter and Parmesan with a hint of seasoning, I think I need one right now!
1. I use the Dough Cycle on my bread maker when making bread. It kneads the dough and lets it rise without making a mess.
2. Beat the egg in a bowl until frothy.
3. Add Milk, Water, Egg and 3 Tablespoons of the Butter into the bread machine pan.
4. Add Flour, Salt and Sugar on top of the wet ingredients. Make a small divot in the flour and add the Yeast into your indentation. This keeps the Yeast from mixing with the liquid too early.
5. Close the lid on your bread machine and set it on the Dough Cycle.
6. While the dough is mixing take 2 Tablespoons of your Butter and coat a large metal baking pan.
7. Once the dough is done it should have risen to the top.
Your bread machine should beep when it’s ready.
8. Remove dough from the bread machine and put onto lightly floured surface. Knead dough a few times. You may have to add a little flour so that it’s not sticky. Separate Dough into 16 equal balls.
9. Melt the remaining butter and dip each ball into it and put the ball into the pan. Sprinkle the tops of the rolls with Parmesan Cheese and Italian Seasoning. Put on as much or little as you like.
10. Cover with Saran Wrap and let rise until doubled in size for about 1 hour. I like to put mine on top of the dryer while I’m doing laundry. The heat from the dryer helps them to rise.
11. Once risen remove Saran Wrap and bake in the oven at 400 degrees for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
12. I like to serve them hot out of the oven. Enjoy!

These were excellent. I made medium sized rolls and only got 10 out of the recipe instead of 16, though.
