  • FOR THE TOASTED PECANS:
  • 1 cup Pecans
  • 3 Tablespoons Butter, Melted, Divided
  • ½ Tablespoons Light Corn Syrup
  • ½ teaspoons Sugar
  • ⅛ teaspoons Cinnamon
  • 1 dash Salt

Preparation

For the toasted pecans:

Preheat oven to 250F. Stir together 1 Tablespoon of melted butter, corn syrup, sugar, cinnamon (1/8 teaspoon) and salt.

Add pecans, and toss to coat. Spread nuts in a single layer in a pan and bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Then remove from oven and let cool.
