Description

A comforting treat with a twist!

Ingredients

  • 8 Tablespoons Butter
  • 2 cups All-purpose Flour
  • ¾ cups Sugar
  • ¾ teaspoons Baking Soda
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • ½ teaspoons Ground Ginger
  • ½ teaspoons Ground Cinnamon
  • 2  Eggs
  • 6  Bananas
  • ¼ cups Heavy Cream
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup Your Favorite Granola

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350ºF. Brown the butter by putting it in a saucepan and letting it simmer until it starts to turn an amber color. Immediately remove it from the heat once it starts to brown.

Spray a loaf pan with cooking spray. Sift together the flour, sugar, baking soda, salt, ginger, and cinnamon. Mix together the eggs, banana, heavy cream, browned butter, and vanilla. Slowly add the flour mixture and blend well. Fold in the granola with a spatula and pour batter into the baking pan.

Bake for 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
