Gluten-free banana bread that is moist and just as delicious as regular. No crazy ingredients needed.
Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease a 5×10 loaf pan with butter or non-stick cooking spray; set aside.
In a large bowl, whisk together all ingredients except for blueberries and chocolate chunks; whisk just until combined. Gently fold in blueberries and chocolate chunks.
Pour batter into the prepared baking pan; bake for 45-55 minutes or until top is no longer wet and a knife comes out clean from center. Allow to cool before removing from pan and slicing.
