My husband got a Beer of the Month Club membership as gift. When he declared one of the flavors “too funky to drink,” I decided to put it to another use!
In a large bowl, mix the ingredients. The beer will foam up a bit when it’s added, so make sure your bowl is a little bigger than you might otherwise allow for the dry ingredients. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes or until it passes the toothpick test.

Sounds delicious. I love Beer Bread cut into cubes and served with a good onion or garlic dip. I’m going to try this recipe this weekend! Thanks for sharing.
