This was delicious! It’s easily adaptable too – I’ve used it as the base for a tomatoe/cheese melt…so good. I plan on rolling it into a log in parchment & freezing it for later in the winter, when we need a taste of summer.

Amazingly simple, elegant and DELICIOUS. Took it to a church dinner and people were literally fighting over the last piece. So much for breaking bread together huh?

Made a huge dinner for a friend’s birthday & this stole the show. I used 3 heads of garlic & added another tablespoon of butter. This will definitely become a staple in our house.
