A new favorite recipe for all those bananas in your kitchen!
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Combine flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt and set aside.
In a large bowl, mix together mashed bananas, sugar, egg and melted butter. Stir flour mixture into banana mixture until moist.
Fill muffin cups 2/3 cups full. Mix topping ingredients together until crumbly. Sprinkle over tops of muffins and bake for 20–25 minutes.
