Tasty high-fiber muffins.
Preheat oven to 400 F. In a food processor, process prunes, banana and cored apple until pureed. Then stir in prune juice, egg and milk just until blended.
In a large mixing bowl combine remaining ingredients (oat bran cereal through almond extract). Mix gently until well mixed. Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients, and pour in pureed mixture. Mix until combined.
Drop batter into 24 paper-lined mini muffin tins. Bake at 400 F for 12-15 minutes or until centers pop back when lightly touched. Check after 10 minutes, since ovens vary.
Remove pan from oven to a rack. Cool muffins in the pan for 5 minutes. Enjoy warm. Store any leftovers (unlikely) in an airtight container in the fridge.
