Not your average banana bread. This one is made with whole wheat flour, diced peaches, flax seeds and pumpkin seeds give it a nice little finishing crunch.
Preheat oven to 325ºF. Grease a 9 x 5-inch loaf dish and set aside.
In a bowl combine flour, salt, and baking soda. Set aside.
In a large mixing bowl add sugar, agave nectar, yogurt, and egg. Blend until well combined. Add in vanilla and mashed banana.
Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients. Mix well. Add in peaches, flax seeds.
Pour batter into prepared dish. Sprinkle the top with pumpkin seeds. Bake about 1 hour or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
