A different twist on a banana muffin that is really quite delicious! If you use whole wheat flour and applesauce instead of oil/butter, you don’t even have to feel guilty eating it!
Preheat oven to 375F. Combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a bowl. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and fold a few times. Fold in the nuts and chocolate.
Pour into a muffin pan. This should easily make 12 muffins.
Bake 20-25 minutes or until a cake tester comes out clean.
