My favorite banana muffins. Delicious, moist, and only requires one bowl to make!
Preheat oven to 375ºF.
In a large bowl, mash bananas until they are as smooth and lump-free as you like. Add all the other ingredients and mix until just combined. Do not over mix.
Use an ice cream scoop to evenly divide batter among 12 prepared muffin liners. Bake for 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in muffin tins for 5 minutes before transferring muffins to a wire rack to completely cool.
