A perfect way to start your day!
Preheat oven to 375 F. Spray a 12 count muffin pan with non-stick baking spray or line with cupcake papers.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, ground cinnamon and salt. Set aside.
In another larger mixing bowl, beat bananas and brown sugar. Add in egg, butter and vanilla. Mix until combined well. Add the dry ingredients slowly and beat until combined.
Pour batter into the prepared muffin pan, filling each well about 3/4 full.

Prepare topping by putting the dry ingredients into a medium bowl. Then cut the butter into the dry ingredients until crumbly. Sprinkle on top of the batter.
Bake for 20 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center of one comes out clean.

These muffins are very good. I added pecans for flavor and crunch but thats all. May make mini muffins next time. Thanks for the recipe.
