I have made these muffins at least 20 times – my family love them and they freeze beautifully!

these were great! I got 24 regular sized muffins out of the batch. My changes: I used 1 cup mini semi sweet chocolate chips ( find that the mini chips don’t sink to the bottom like regular ones), subbed 1/2 whole wheat flour, and subbed 3/4ths of the sugar with splenda (3/4c splenda, 1/4c sugar.) If anyone cares the calorie count per muffin comes out to 167 calories (with my substitutions.) Thanks for the great recipe, we froze the individual muffins then just popped them in the microwave for 30 seconds for a tasty treat:)

These were delish! I made a pan of regular size muffins and then some mini-muffins as well. My 3 year old had 5 mini muffins for breakfast this morning!!! Big hit at our house!

I’ve been a little overambitious in the number of bananas I’ve bought, so I’ve made this two weeks in a row. I like that it’s a big recipe, so even with my family of 5, we still have plenty of leftovers. Not that they last long! Rave reviews all around.

These are great! The only tweak I’ve made is 2 teaspoons of vanilla and a dash of nutmeg. They are so easy to make and always a big hit!

These muffins were so moist and so delish! I ate one right away. The recipe is right on. I made no changes. I took them to the office and they were gone quick! Thanks so much for this wonderful, tasty recipe!
