Banana bread with a yummy carrot cake taste! Easy and healthy, which is always a plus!
1. Preheat oven to 350ºF. Lightly grease a bread pan with cooking spray.
2. In a medium bowl, combine the flours, sugars, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, baking soda and raisins.
3. In a larger bowl, combine the mashed bananas, carrots, eggs, applesauce and water.
4. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, and stir until just combined. Pour batter into the bread pan.
5. Bake bread about 1 hour, or until a tester inserted into the middle comes out clean.
