Yummy nutty banana bread with a little bit of chocolate chips!
1. Preheat over to 350ºF. Grease a loaf pan (9-5-3inch).
2. In a bowl combine all-purpose flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt. Set aside.
3. In a separate bowl, beat sugar, oil, eggs, and pure vanilla extract.
4. Alternately add buttermilk and wet ingredients to the dry ingredients until well-blended together.
5. Gently stir in smashed bananas, walnut pieces and chocolate chips.
6. Pour batter in a loaf pan and bake for 1 hour or until a toothpick inserted in the centre of the bread comes out clean and bread is golden. Stick it in another ten minutes if needed. Let cool in the pan for 5-10 minutes and then let it cool on a wire wrack until completely cooled.
