Description

Super easy and extremely yummy! Spread some Nutella on it for an extra kick!

Ingredients

  • 3 whole Ripe Bananas (perfect If They Have Dark Spots)
  • 1 cup Sugar (use Less If Bananas Are Very Ripe, 3/4 Cup Can Be Enough)
  • 1 whole Egg
  • 1-½ cup All-purpose Flour
  • ¼ cups Melted Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Preparation

In a bowl, mash the bananas.
One after the other, add all the other ingredients and stir to combine.
You can also add nuts and/or raisins if you want, but it tastes just as good without.
Butter 2 (smallish) loaf pans and pour in the batter.
Bake for about 50 minutes at 325°F.
If you use only one (larger) loaf pan, the baking time probably needs to be increased. I baked mine for about 65 minutes, but just check after 50 minutes and go from there.
Let cool for a bit and remove from the pan. Slice and enjoy!

Very moist. Fell apart when I took it out of the pan. Very light and fluffy texture for a banana bread. Definitely yummy!
