Sour cream makes this moist and delicious!
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan (or 12 muffin cups).
Beat together butter and sugar. Add eggs and mix well.
Add sour cream, flour, baking soda, vanilla and bananas. Mix well.
Pour into prepared loaf pan. Bake 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
(For muffins, bake at 350ºF for 18-20 minutes.)
