This is a pull-apart dinner roll that is quick and easy and super tasty. Originally, the recipe called for 11 pieces of bacon, but I always eat a few while cooking, so just make the whole pound. You can never have too much!
Preheat oven to 350degrees F. Lightly grease a 10-inch Bundt pan.
Chop/crumble bacon into small pieces and then combine with Parmesan cheese; set aside. Cut biscuits into fourths; dip each piece in butter, and layer one-third in the prepared Bundt pan.
Sprinkle half of the bacon mixture over the biscuits; repeat procedure, ending with biscuits. Bake for 40 minutes or until golden. Cool for 10 minutes.
Invert onto a serving platter. Serve immediately.
