Perfect for breakfast, brunch, or just a snack—Bacon, Cheddar, and Chive Muffins.
Preheat oven to 375ºF.
In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, cheese, bacon, chives, cayenne, salt and pepper. In a separate bowl, combine melted butter, sour cream, and milk. Combine wet ingredients with dry ingredients. Batter will be thick. Spoon batter into a greased muffin pan. Bake for 15-20 minutes until muffins are golden and a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.
Makes 20-24 muffins.

Hi, I would like to know 2 sticks of butter is actually equals to how many grams? And can I substitute the sour cream with milk or cream?
