Healthy, dense and moist applesauce muffins with ingredients right in your kitchen.
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
1. In a large bowl, mix flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt and chia seeds.
2. In a small bowl, mix egg, brown sugar, applesauce, vanilla and canola oil.
3. Pour wet ingredients into dry. Mix in apple.
4. Pour into lined muffin tin.
5. Bake for 20 minutes.
