Healthy breakfast muffins with apple and oatmeal. Only 117 calories each.
Preheat oven to 400ºF.
Mix egg, milk, oil, sugar and applesauce.
Combine flour, oats, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Add to applesauce mixture. Fold in apple.
Fill lined muffin cups about 2/3 full. Bake 18 minutes or until golden brown.
