A great party dip made in the fashion of traditional hummus without the chickpeas and with a Mexican flair.
Open and drain the cans of black beans. Rinse beans under cold water, drain them and place in a food processor. Add green onion and tahini and process until coarsely chopped. Add garlic, cilantro and red pepper. Process until mixture reaches a smooth consistency.
Remove mixture from food processor and transfer to a mixing bowl. Add sour cream, salt and pepper and mix until well combined and sour cream is incorporated.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Enjoy with pretzel flats, tortilla chips or sliced pita bread that you’ve warmed in the oven.

Wow, what a great surprise! This is great
