A healthy, fibre-rich white bean dip with cherry tomatoes, feta cheese and basil—an easy appetizer with fresh summer flavours!
In a food processor combine the beans, seasoning mix, olive oil and salt and pepper and pulse until smooth. If the mixture is too thick, add a splash of water and mix again. Spoon bean mixture into a shallow serving dish and smooth the top with a spatula. Top the dip with the tomatoes, feta and basil. Drizzle with olive oil and serve with whole grain crackers or crusty bread.

By Italian seasoning mix, do you mean Italian seasoning, Italian Dressing mix (like Good Seasons Salad dressing mix), or something else?
