A refreshing salsa!
De-husk, wash (with warm water), remove stems and slice tomatillos in half.
Using a food processor, process all ingredients together. Add salt and pepper to taste.
*De-seed the serrano chiles according to your heat preference. I de-seeded 1/2 of the total amount to make a fairly mild salsa. Leave more seeds in if you want it spicier.
